Our fiberglass repair department was originally set up to re-condition our own molds. In the marble business, it is a known fact that the condition of the mold has a direct impact on the end result of the product produced. “The better the mold, the better the product.” As a result of several successful years of repairing molds, we now offer this service to other marble shops and businesses using fiberglass molds. Dependant upon what is needed, we can save approximately 50% over the cost of a new mold cast. Mold Manufacturing In addition to mold repair, we will also build a mold for you for that “special” project, or we may be able to build the fiberglass parts for you. FIBERGLASS REPAIR Additionally, our fiberglass department has the ability to repair some broken fiberglass parts. This not only creates a savings over the purchase of a new part, but also gets your equipment back into operation more quickly. NOTE: We can only handle smaller parts, we do not have the ability to repair items such as boats or automobiles. |
